I’ve used all kinds of on-line companies and eventually stuck with AccessMicro.com.
They have very good prices and great warranties, but their sales people suck, so you better know exactly what you need!

Neo Computers has great service, but their prices are just average.

The best in my experience is Newegg.com. They are quick and communicate well. You can't beat the prices, and the shipping is reasonable. Anyone have any experience with EZMicro? I have been waiting for an order for 10 days and they don't communicate.
