Whats the best power supply for the 980 ti thats not too much?

I need a new power supply for when I get a 980ti however I dont have that much money to spend on one (I know, getting a 980 ti but dont have enough for a PSU) but I was wondering whats the best PSU I can get for my money and will do me fine with a 980 ti and my i5 4690k?

Oh, I don't mind if its fully or semi-modular as I use all the cables given to me anyways on my current semi-modular PSU

The G1 EVGA 650 psu had some flaws and use lower quality components inside than the GS.

The GS 550W is also enough for a GTX 980Ti build but at that price you might as well get the 650W version :
