I have a P5QL-CM Motherboard (guess that's a 775 LGA socket?) and im looking to upgrade my processor and RAM to the maxsimum I can but im not sure what to get.

Any help? Need any other info?

Let's say budget is not an issue. I want to see if it's viable to update my hardware on the 775 motherboard or scrap everything and buy a new one

If vudget is not an issue than buy new cpu (1150 socket) in my opinion is pointless to put more money in dead 775 socekt and ddr2 memory
