Whats the best way to game on pc?

After gaming on PC for a year now I have experience amazing graphics when playing games compared to consoles. I happen to be a VERY experience and skilled player using a controller. But is seems like the input lag has taken away alot of my skills. I just recently decided to play on this old monitor that I had laying around the house that has a 5ms response time. I turned off vsync and omg I noticed my skills were back. So now i know not to game on a cheap hdtv. So I need help finding the highest resoultion monitor possible with the lowest MS! PLEASE HELP WHILE ITS CYBER MONDAY!!!!

is that the best one out of the benq models I was going to buy that earlier today, but I was confused because the model numbers were different.
