Whats the best way to increase my WoW FPS?

I have an old PC.

Only 1mb cache, 2.4 Ghz Duocore, 2Gb Ram, Built in Video Card.

I can only say its decent for a 4 year old PC as I get around 20 fps normally and 4-8 fps in dalaran or in 25man iccs.

Now Im wondering, would my FPS drastically improve (not just in busy dala or icc where CPU is also a determinant), if I buy a mid-range video card like the Nvidia 9500 GT?

I can consider overclocking the PC also. I am new to this concept so tips would be appreciated.

If you will get an video card your fps will increase that's true and by an huge margin.
But 9500gt i will not recommend you add a little and get an hd 4650 that will be around 9500gt price only and the difference between both will be large.

You should not need to overclock to run WoW but you do need a new video card.
