Whats the best X99 motherboard for under 350?

I was looking at the Asus X99 deluxe bit saw it had many bad reviews so i decided not to get it. But i want to know if there is anything cheaper and if its in the 200 dollars range to 300 i would absolutely love that! I am getting the I7-5820K and i don't know any DDR4 rams that are good yet ill have to do some research unless you can also recommend some for me that isn't overpriced. I'd go for an Asus X99-A.

Some 2400MHz RAM would do fine, look at G.Skill Ripjaw's or Ripjaw 4's.
