What's the catch in this build?

I was jumping around on eBay looking for parts to build a gaming pc for like 500$. I stumbled upon this..... for like 200 pounds, this is really cheap and really good but I'm 100% sure that there is a catch. This can't be 100% perfect.

Can someone please find out what's wrong with it? I'm trying to get a PC that runs the latest games on like 50FPS and I want something to be able to render on.

If you also have a build for 500$. Please contribute it !

There's no catch, its a well balanced and powerful build for 200 bucks. Its 8GB 1600MHz, 500GB, 500W PSU and APU (A8 6600k) for good combined performance. I'd buy one, as everything seems to be alright. The APU won't allow anwhere near 50 FPS on latest titles, not even 30. You'd need to include a better GPU like 750 Ti or R9 270 to allow 50 FPS on medium-high
