Guess I shouldn't trust PCPartpicker. Your right. I looked at the specs on Asrock's website. Apparently, the "S" designates ATX, solid capacitor design.

The Pro4 has 6 audio connectors on the rear panel, while the Pro4S only has 3 (though both have the same audio codec.) - The non-S also has additional shielding/heatsinks on the power delivery area, and the marketing suggests higher quality Nichicon caps (they're not mentioned on the Pro4S.)
