Question What's the difference between dual X79 and dual c602

I think C602 is the server version and X79 is the consumer version for the LGA2011, but if X79 is the consumer version, how come I find dual socket X79 from China? Did they just make up a non-existing motherboard and called it "Dual X79"? What should I expect if I get dual socket x79 instead of a real (used) c602 motherboard from a server rack?
