Whats the difference between gigabyte 1050ti and evga 1050ti

I am getting a new graphics card and I noticed that the gigabyte 1050ti was 30 dollars cheaper than the evga one, just wondering why there would be such a different price for the same card

They are not the same - - same GPU yes - - but different card manufacturer so features & design will differ slightly.

There's no law which compels two companies to have identical retail prices anyway, even if the two products were/are identical.

Not $30. It's $25 but only after a $10 rebate (which can be a hassle to spend) so if you don't use that it's only $15.

*EVGA is showing lots of customer feedback but the Gigabyte only has one reviewer so it's hard to compare quality.

I'd spend slightly more than the cheapest and get a dual-fan card which will be QUIETER under load. Even THIS one isn't much more expensive:

The pricier one does come with a slightly higher factory overclock, and as such, it's possible that it might use a slightly better heatsink/fan (though those look pretty similar). It only seems to be around a 3% difference in clock rate though, which would be practically unnoticeable, and probably not worth the price premium.

There are some other models that seem to offer clearly better (probably quieter) cooling solutions though, like these two, that only have a slightly higher post-rebate price than the lower-priced model you linked to...
