Whats the difference between h115i and h110i v2?

The size is the difference here. The H110i v2 is a 240mm radiator and the H115i is a 280mm radiator. The increased size means larger fans which means better cooling performance. However, ensure your case can fit the cooler you choose.

Well guys, i only need the most cheaper case you guys can find that i can use these two wc, the h115i for i7 7700k, and the h110i GT for the gtx 1080ti (with nzxt g10)

If you're planning to have an optical drive and several hard drives, this could get interesting. Not many cases support two 280 radiators and also have room for more than a couple of drives.
