I have a Dell inspiron 530 with a 1.6ghz e2140 CPU and would like to get a CPU in the 3.0 range. What are my options?

I installed an E8500 and it's working like a champ. Now I'm trying to locate a PS so I can install a graphics card.
Need one with 4 Data connectors?
