Asking 'why' is very often the first statement that
should be made.
"How do I do X?"
An answer of 'OK, do blah, blah...' is quite often a non-optimal solution.
In reality, a whole different solution can be found, which will fix the actual problem, not the supposed problem.
This is the classic
X-Y situation.
Seeing as Tom's Hardware has a strict line against assisting with password circumvention, and seeing as needing to do this on 300 devices (your IT dept?) is a bit odd....this is why the questions arise.
If this were related to one iPad "How can I reset a passcode protected iPad?"...this would have been closed immediately.
300? Interesting, and we might want to see what the conversation brings.
So....how does one come into possession of 300 passcode protected iPads?
