Here is the way to know the Revision that you have:

From your current model, you have the Rev. 1.0 and the latest available version for that mobo is F6. You can download it from here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3897#bios and follow the user's manual to update the BIOS. Just an advice, if you haven't problems with the current BIOS don't do any change.

As indicated in the above pic Gigabyte always have the revision # on the bottom left corner of the mobo.
I use Gigabyte boards exclusively and usually always update the bios.
I've noticed improvements most of the time when doing so.
