What's the limit of 212 evo on ryzen?

I have my 1600x at 1.3875v. It idles around 42-55. And goes upto 75c using handbrake, although I've only tried one so far that only takes 2-3 minutes.

Am I expecting too much of this cooler? Or am I doing something wrong. I've already remounted and repasted (with different amounts) twice with no change.

You are expecting too much from it, it is a low budget cooler.
