What's the reputation of PowerColor GPUs?

Anyone know anything about the brand? I'm normally an Nvidia guy, so I have no clue about the reputation of AMD card manufacturers.

I'm specifically looking at this Radeon HD 7870 for use in my budget build.

Not good, I would steer away from those. Go for Sapphire in anything AMD.
