Question What's the trick to crack open this HP Envy 15-as ?

Model: HP Envy 15-as133cl

I've disassembled hundreds of laptops, but this one is kicking my ass.
I've watched every video I can find, but this machine doesn't behave as demonstrated.

The 6 screws are out and I've disengaged the bottom cover from the frame, all the way around. Yet, there are two points, one in each corner near the hinges, that just refuse to let go. I've used nearly enough force to damage something.

What am I missing? What else can I try?

Sometimes there are screws under the rubber legs.
