Failing to boot with this weird beep code
Anyone know what it's saying?

Not sure, which motherboard do you have?

Sounds like 8 short "normal", then 1 long, 3 short "high pitch" and finally 8 short.

Never heard a beep code like it before though....

At high numbers/endless beep codes, it's commonly memory.
I'd try clearing the CMOS, and reseating your RAM.

I only moved the tower so I could replug my mouse into another USB port, to try to fix a totally different issue and while doing this the computer locked up.

After I Hard restarted, this has happened ever since.. Very weird!

Took it all apart inside, cleaned it, put it all back together again so everything got reseated. Works now ha, typical
