[SOLVED] What's this PCI-E empty slot for?

There is an empty PCI-E slot below the ATX connector just like shown in the picture, what's it for? Should i connect an PCI-E cable to it?

From the motherboard manual:

The PD_12V_PWR connector provides additional power for your PCIe X16 slots. To support 60W, please install the power cable to the 6-pin PCIe Graphics Card connector (PD_12V_PWR) else only 27W will be supported.

In short, if you want to install multiple devices to PCIe slots you should connect 6-pin PCIe connector there. However if you are only going to use just one GPU it is not required (as it pretty much draws all its power directly form PSU anyway).
