right so i got this pc i built, its been running everything fine e.g. sleeping dogs, planetside 2 etc... i have always had problems with gotham city impostors for whatever reason, always just scraping 30 fps.
earlier i was on Impostors and the frames were even worse, some moments i had 1 fps... i just thought it was the gaming being poorly optimized but then i went on sleeping dogs and usually i maintain smooth frame rate over 30fps however this time, i had many fps drops that took the fps down to under 7fps and it wasn't going away.
Also, both of these games used to load with no problems but now when i am loading them they drop to 1 fps and take for ever to load.
