Whats wrong with my build?

Im having problems in gaming. Whats the isue?
CPU:AMD FX-6300
GPU:Gigabyte R9 280 WindForce 3GB
RAM:Kingston HyperX 1866Mhz 8gb Kit
Motherbord: Asus M5A97 R2.0
PSU:Fortron FSP ATX 2.3 88+ 600W
Im getting dropewd frames, lag in sosme games or plane 50% usage in gaming. Is it becouse of the single core power of my CPU? Is my PSU to weak?
Are there any problems with my build ?

Which game are you trying to run and at what settings? Have you tried other (lighter) games?
What are gaming temperatures?

I would say 600W is enough for that build. I have a similar build and a CM B600 v2 600W(cheaper than yours) supply and it runs fine. It could be a problem if you would have a cheap psu but that is not the case. Intel gives a more stable framerate than AMD, but serious framerate drops shouldn't happen. Have you already updated your (video)drivers? In which games do you experience fps drops?

I have updated. check regulary 😀
I am thinking of overvlocking the cpu?
Could that fix it ?
In some games the it uses, like i said, only half of the GPU power or less and the game has a low framerate

You can give the overclocking a shot, but I would do some study/research before starting to play with that.
