Hi,

So i had problems with my O.S drive, an M.2 NVMe SSD. I had to reinstall OS on a different drive, and was able to run a check of the disks.

though the M2 is only showing in the Bios as "PCIe remapping" it shows in the crystalDiskInfo
as you can see with 2 errors

Can anyone tell me what are these codes?
I do understand that the "bad" is bad, but i just want a confirmation with whats going on with the disk

That indicates a failing drive.
What does Gigabyte say for replacement?

At the consumer level, the actual fail mode is mostly irrelevant.
It is dying/dead.
well the drive is not even a year old, so warranty still applies to it, but i have to contact the retailor which i will definitely do if its dead

Thanks mate

It looks like most of the SMART data are bogus, especially the capacity.
well the SSD is not recognized in the disk management, you cant even initialize it. It seems that its totally dead, giving just minimal info about itself, however as I'm not a expert on this then maybe there's a way for it to work, idk
