What's wrong with my motherboard?!

I just baught Asus H97 Pro Gamer and install all components on it but when I start the computer it starts beeping(1 long 2 short)...
And there's a led on mb called "dram_led" that is on(red) while it beeps, I have no idea what's going on, I've already tested many things, the only thing I can think of is that my mb doesn't suport my ram.
Btw mt rams are 2 Kingston HyperX Fury 4Gb 1866.

Try inserting single RAM module. Make sure it is properly inserted (some require more force).

I've tried 10 possible permutations for ram slots, and I'm not new to building PCs I know how to install things on mb.

What CPU using? Does the BIOS support it?

Core i3 4130, and my cpu is working well.

Try starting the board outside the case (for ruling out a short), only CPU, CPU fan and one RAM module installed. If still the same, try reseating the CPU and check the CPU socket for bent pins.
