+I have already purchased and carefully assembled my PC and after powering it up, no instructions or bios information appears on the monitor.

+ I researched and found a similar cause: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/HealedWolf/saved/P9Kkcf

+ I have already filed an RMA but hesitant to get it replaced verses refunded. If refunded it would be the sale price and I would have to spend extra money to get another motherboard. Is the line of motherboards defective or is not compatible with my parts.

+ My build http://pcpartpicker.com/user/HealedWolf/saved/p9kkcf

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3
PSU: EVGA 500W 80PLUS Certified
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3

CPU: AMD FX-6300 6-Core Processor

Solution
Depending on the revision, rev 4.1 needs BIOS F3 on it to support that CPU. This is the 2nd to last CPU

Rev 5 needs BIOS FA. This is the first and only BIOS. Rev 6 needs BIOS F2 which is the latest BIOS. So what revision is the mobo??

One reason its not doing anything, is the BIOS on the mobo now doesnt support that CPU without a BIOS update
