Question What's wrong with this PCB ?

Hi, i have a gtx 1660 oc from gigabyte that doesn't work at all. I've removed the heatsink and backplate to have a look, but since I'm just beginning to learn about all of this I don't really know what I should look and what could be wrong with this card, it would be really nice if someone could help me, thanks

I don't see anything wrong with it via those pictures but often Vram comes unsoldered or bridges on the pad underneath no easy fix other then a small chance a toaster oven will bring it back.
