Hello, i'm having trouble playing videos on WhatsApp Web. My problem is, when someone sends me a picture, i can't view it until i refresh the page. When someone sends me a video (it's sometimes a very short video, 4-5 seconds) i can't play it, when i do, the video freezes. I wait for 20-30 seconds and it keeps on playing after waiting. Sometimes video starts playing but freezes, then again i have to wait for 20-30 seconds to watch the rest of it.
*My internet connection does NOT have a problem, it's fast. (60mbit)
*When i can't play videos or play with freezing issues, my Android phone can play them with no issue with Wifi. It's same with the photos.
*I tried different web browsers, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge Chromium.
*My android phone which uses WIFI doesn't have any viewing issues, i'm having the problems only on PC.
What could be the issue ? If you have suggestions please tell me and i'll try every single of them to fix the issues.
