Whea uncorrectable error

I upgraded my cpu recently and found out that it wasnt compatiable with my motherboard so i just said why not and basicly built a new computer with the only old peice being a optical drive and ever since i have been getting a whea_uncorrectable_error. At first i thought it was the hard drive and got a new one and reinstalled windows and i still get the blue screen. I have done 7 1/2 hours of memtest with no errors

Gigabye fxa 990 ud3
Fx 8320 black
Corsair 600w
Coolermaster 212 evo
Western digital blue 1tb
4gb x2 of crucial ballistix sport
Nvidia 750ti superclocked
Windows 10

Hardware error. Do you have Gigabyte Utilities installed? If so, uninstall.

I do not have utilities installed
