Pc was bluescreening every time I launched a game and got “WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR” now when I start my computer the screen is black and keyboard and mouse aren’t lighting up. I had to replace my motherboard about 2 weeks ago over a shorted conpacitor. Everything was working fine the day before

Specs:
I5-8600k(not overclocked)
Corsair vengeance @3000mhz
MSI z370-apro
Gtx 1060 6gb

Solution

Since you said
I assumed you had a working keyboard or a mouse or both to start a game.

Go to the BIOS and check your temperatures, if they are OK then power off and disconnect the power cable from PC.
Press the power button for 15 seconds then just leave one stick of RAM in the motherboard.
Connect power cable to PC and power ON.

Could you post a complete list of your PC components (e.g. Corsair Vengeance (2 x 8GB) CMK16GX4M2A2133C13 ).

Disable 'Fast Startup'

Open 'Control Panel'
Click 'Power options'
Click 'Choose what the power buttons do' on the left side of the window.
Click 'Change settings that are currently unavailable.'
Under 'Shutdown settings', disable 'Turn on fast startup'.
