So I've had this error message (whea_uncorrectable_error) come up a lot for a couple of weeks now, and it only seems to happen when I'm playing a heavy game, or any game for that matter. For example, I usually play League of Legends with some playlist from YouTube in the background, although it doesn't happen as often, I get the error message even on a game like LoL with minor programs like google also running. However, if I am playing a game like Mortal Kombat X, Shadows of Mordor, or GTA V it happens almost as soon as I start playing the game (within 10 to 20 minutes of play time). I really need a fix for this issue and so far, every single person seems to solve it in a different way, like re-installing games, updating drivers, and various other methods. I'm not really sure what to try, if anyone can help or has a suggestion for me, please feel free to mention it.

Bugcheck 0x124 is a bugcheck called by hardware. The first parameter of the bugcheck indicates what hardware called the bugcheck. For most people it will be 0 which is the code for the CPU. The only only software that generally has a direct effect on causing this error tends to be overclocking software. This includes BIOS overclocking,CPU, and GPU overclocking drivers. Eliminate the overclocking drivers and if you still bugcheck you need to look for hardware issues. exceptions with malware trying to hide. The memory dump might contain some limited info to help figure out the cause of the bugcheck but it is a panic shutdown and often only has a partial memory dump.

Im sorry, but I didn't really understand your post, and I dont have anything overclocked. Could you explain in a little more detail?

I guess the main point is the error is being called by the hardware rather than by windows or a software driver.

if you put some of the memory dump files on a server like microsoft one driver and post a link I can tell you why the CPU told the system to stop.

the memory dump files are located in c:\windows\minidump\ directory by default. you can copy them to a server but not edit them in the default location.
