Hi guys,

I'm new here so i hope i'm posting this question at the right place.

Recently i have a problem with my HP envy 13-ah000 laptop, i'm getting a BSOD with the stopcode: WHEA_INCORRECTABLE_ERROR every time i use the laptop without usb device in it or when i'm unplugging it.
I'm having this problem for around 2 months now and it's getting me crazy..

What i already tried:
  • Reinstall a fresh copy of win10 (formatting disks + install from usb)
  • Update BIOS (+restoring factory settings)
  • Update all drivers (in windows + HP support assistant + intel support assisant)
  • Delete and reinstall usb and touchpad drivers
  • Start in safe-mode (it was working fine without BSOD)
  • All scans of disk/ram/processor etc. (all good)
MINI DUMP:

I hope you guys can help!

Ok, i discovered my laptop does not use a cmos battery. It just uses the main battery for that function.
I all ready disconnected the main battery a few times before zo that ain't going to fix my problem..

Any other suggestions?

it seems there maybe some kind of an electrical short or something with the port or ur motherboard...

Hmmm but why is it working fine in safe mode than... :/
Hmmm, coz in safe mode all drivers are not loaded and only basic required drivers are loaded...
u didnt say this before, so now on this basis, it may be a driver issue of some sort... are u using all the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website by directly downloading them? uninstall hp assistant for the moment and dont use intel update utility for the moment; Also do u have a system restore point before the issue started?

I'm sorry but i discribed that in my main question!

"Start in safe-mode (it was working fine without BSOD)"

I dont have a restore point because i formatted my SSD and installed a fresh copy of Windows like i also discribed in my question ! :)
