When connected to my computer, my Panasonic Viera TV's zoom is messed up and weird?

I have Windows 10. I've tried everything to try and have this TV zoom accurate with the Windows setup. The start bar and buttons are too zoomed in and I am trying to play games but it doesn't look too nice.

How can I fix this? For some reason, my Viera's Menu does not let me control the zoom and there isn't much in the settings on the TV.

Try adjusting DPI scaling level.
