Question When gaming pc freezes and go to sleep then back on

This problem is recently and little worry since my pc is new, when i play the game freezes and then the pc go to sleep then back to normal again but the game crashes in t the moment the pc go to sleep, idk whats cause this but is a pain and its annoying

PC specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte a 320m-S2H
CPU: Ryzen 24000G with Vega
Ram: DDR4 Patriot Viper 8 Gb x1
GPU: Sapphire RX 480 8Gb

I have two monitors since it's my workplace too.
