When graphics card connected pc not starting

My system spec is an i3 processor with 3.60 GHz any 8 GB Kingston ram.i have a nvidia geforce GT 610 2 GB graphics card which i used to play games in my old pc.but now when i connected graphics card to my new pc it won't start. The bulb on the motherboard is shining but nothing won't start.but when it's is disconnected the pc starts normally
I don't know what to do

There's absolutely no reason to put junk as GeForce GT 610 in your computer. Don't know how old that Core i3 is, but I would say even the integrated GPU is better than this. Plus it seems it's dead.
