when i click on files to open they go to recycle bin

When I click on a file or folder to open it goes to recycle bin. I can restore but this is a nuisance. It also occurs when reading my email in yahoo mail. Help please.

Not new installation. Just started happening. I have run multiple virus scans, cleaned with CClearner and IObit
