The poll is probably designed to not actually be doable.
Are they offering you something for completing it?

You are probably not "correctly" answering the questions they are asking in the political poll, so they don't want to accept your results and have their poll reflect your answers. Probably not a legitimate poll anyway (most aren't, they are designed to influence people's opinions, rather than measure the public's opinions).
