Hi,

Have you tried adjusting the keyboard settings inside Windows?
- Right click on the Start button and select Control Panel then select Keyboard.
- Once opened, move the slider under Character repeat for "Repeat Delay" and Repeat rate" until it match your liking.
- Click Apply and OK once done then test it again.

If these doesn't work try to uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the keyboard driver.
- Reboot your laptop once uninstalled and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.

Also do disable sticky keys from Control Panel.
- Go to Ease of Access and click on Make the keyboard easier to use.
- Under Make it easier to type, remove the check on Turn on Sticky Keys.
- Click Apply and OK then test it again.
