When I install the second RAM in the laptop, the screen doesn't turn on.

Hello,

I recently added more RAM to my Acer laptop that I bought 8 months ago. The laptop has two slots, one of which originally had a 16 GB SK Hynix RAM (4800 MHz, CL 40, 1.1V). I bought a Crucial RAM (4800 MHz, CL 40, 1.1V) and took the laptop to a technician to install it because my finger is broken. When I got the laptop back, it didn't start for 30 minutes. After turning it off and on, it started and I could use it. However, the next morning, it wouldn't start again. I took it back to the technician, and he swapped the RAM slots. He said that if the problem persisted, I would need to send it for service. The same issue happened again, so I opened the laptop myself and removed the Crucial RAM, and the problem disappeared. When I put both RAM sticks back in, the same issue occurred. I wanted to return the RAM, but I don't have the packaging. Right now, the laptop is working fine with the original Hynix RAM, but I feel stuck with the Crucial RAM. What should I do?
