So i installed my new GPU R7 360, and i am having a problem i connected it to the PCI-E x16 slot on my MB, i connected the 6pin connector, but when i boot my computer the fans are working and nothing else no display or anything, there are no beeps whatsoever. My computer components are not new but they should work anyway these are my components: MSI H61M-P23(B3), Intel Pentium G850 2.9GHz dual core(i will replace with i3 3250 3.5GHz), 2x2GB RAM, and CODEGEN 500W.
Note: i reseted my CMOS but the problem persisted no change. Also when i place my old card AMD Radeon 6670 it works.
The main thing i need to know is, is the problem in my PSU not giving enough power(On the box of the GPU it says it needs 500W) or is it a graphics card problem? When i looked up, this motherboard was compatible with R7 360.

The same cable i am using now and it works, was used on that card. I am pretty sure that is not the problem, the main problem is that when i boot my computer the card gets the power the cooler works but nothing else there is no power in anything else other than the fans. When i connect my monitor with my GPU on the monitor it just says No Signal Detected.

Well you can try to update your bios to the latest version.
You could also trying installing the intel drivers for your integrated.
If possible, test the card on another motherboard or test with another psu.
Check if the monitor is set to display your current input.

Ok sorry for the late reply i tried everything i even bought a new PSU the problem still persists and not only that the GPU seems to work since i sent it to my friend he told me it works. I installed the drivers required for the card but no luck i cannot even go into the bios nothing really. I worst thing is i was really sure that it was the PSU problem, now i am completely lost i don't know where to start.
