A ArbenA Mar 10, 2019 1 0 10 Mar 10, 2019 #1 When I install 16gb of memory (DDR4) it disables XMP mode on my PC (MSI Gaming m7 board). So i cant change the RAM speeds on my memory or else it makes 8gb dissappear. WhenI have only 8gb I can run it at 3000 Mhz over the stock 2133 that Im stuck at.

Solution nick_v15 Mar 10, 2019 Disable xmp before you install the 16gb.If this fails just set bios to default-auto.
