Question When i play demanding games my cpu never goes over 50-60% usage

So when i play a game like Escape From Tarkov which is quite demanidng and unoptimized with an rtx 2060 and R5 2600x my CPU never goes over like 50-60% usage and my GPU the same and im wondering if this is why my fps is so bad in that game compared to other people who use the same setup. I think its like this on most other games too. So i dont think its being pushed at all

Don’t monitor total cpu usage, monitor all cores and threads. Are any individual cores/threads close to 100%?

Hi yes im checking the cores or what i think are the cores and it shows 23% but then on resource monitor it shows 100% i think thats what it means and some cores park. Should i do the thing where you unpark them?

I’m not sure what you mean. Try using a program like MSIAfterburner to record each cpu core when gaming.
