When i plug in USB BIOS freezes

So i reinstalled windows 10,now i want to update my BIOS when i go to BIOS and plug in the USB the BIOS freezes when i unplug the USB it unfreezes,if i turn off computer plug in the usb than it will only sit on the boot menu if i unplug the USB it will start on the pc. I cant update my BIOS its running on F4 and there is F8 verison

sorry man for late replay i fixed this problem just changed to other usb and it worked i updated the BIOS now i need to update chipset idk how to do that

I have GIGABYTE Z370 HD3 when i go to their page there are like 4-5 chipset drivers which one to download? Can you help me with that ,here the link https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z370-HD3-rev-10#support-dl-driver-chipset

you probably want them all. Network (LAN), Graphics, Sound, SATA/RAID, etc... just get the latest one of each.
