Help when i plug my Ipod 4g an message at the bottom of my page says
USB Device not Recognized
One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.
For assisitance in solving this problem click this message,

I have clicked the message which was no help i don't know if it is my chord or my Ipod please help.!!

could be the i pod cord try in another computer for test

Look in device manager and check for any usb devices with ! or ? marks next to them.
