When I try dragging windows on my screen, the windows glitch and multiply their borders.

The title explains my predicament. I just built this with these main specs. Asus maximus hero ix. i7 7700k and windows 7. Why is this happening and should i be worried?

GPU? Obviously a clean install of Windows. Is it a legit version or a pirated version? (some people do this and it causes ***loads of issues. You're not running Win10, why?) New HDD/SSD or refurbished/reused?

integrated from i7 7700k. genuine windows 7 because I already had one on a usb. New WD HDD refurbished.

Make sure all your drivers for your graphics are updated. From what I've read and experienced, it's usually caused by driver issues. If not, then it's most likely a problem with your iGPU. Also, is this 32bit or 64bit?
