Question When I try to overclock nothing happens

Hello guys. So I have a problem with overclocking my card. My parts are GT 630, i3- 3240, 2x4 gb ram ddr3, gigabyte H61M-DS2 motherboard and the PSU is Spire ATX-420W-E1, of corse it is Windows 10 . I know that it is an old peace of hardware but that is what I have right now. So when i try to clock in any program, nothing happens. I've tried restarting my pc a couple of times and still nothing. So can you tell me what to do to overclock my GPU. Here it is the image of the overclocking program. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
