Solution
you may be able to find a gtx 950 for under 140 ish or u could get a gtx 750ti but the 950 will out perform it by a lot

decoding video from youtube can be slightly taxing on your cpu, which your cpu is not very high end and that along with having a game open leaves your cpu probably locked up at full utilization in which it prioritizes your game and leaves the video laggy. You can confirm that this is the problem by opening task manager and clicking more details and go to the performance tab and see how much load is on your cpu. If it si 85% or above thats your problem and the only thing you could do is to get a better cpu. Hope this helped.

The cpu percentage being used isn't above 40%. I have also been trying to multibox wow and it slows down the second game to under 10 fps, but on my lenovo g50-80 with an i5-5500 and intel 5500hd graphics I can run 3 wows at 30+ fps fine.

what are your setting in wow? i have a feeling you have to much things open if its not your cpu open up task manager make sure there isnt stuffing running in the back ground. or it could be your interent connection try reseting your network, and you just probably start looking on some upgrades, and you only have 1gb graphics card

What would be your suggestion on a new graphics card? Not looking to spend anything over 150$.
