When I turn my dell tablet on, it won't get off of the logo screen.

So recently my tablet has been acting up. A couple of says ago all the apps started to stop working(the whole "this program has stopped working" type thing), so I restarted the tablet and it was fine. This happened a couple of times and then the apps stopped working and it would give me a message that google services has also stopped working (I don't know if that's important or not). Then this morning the apps stop working and I go to restart the tablet and it goes to the dell screen and then a black screen (it's still on though) and then automatically restarts, so I turned it off and left. I leave it for a couple of hours, come back and it says that there's no command. I searched up the problem and people said that they tried going to recovery mode and resetting it to factory mode but the problem is still there. So yea I don't really know what to do and I could really use some help. I also apologize if this is just a simple fix that I'm not paying attention to. My tablet is a dell venue 7 and the model is T01C (Sorry if that's not enough information about the tablet)

Might try a hard reset, pull the battery, unplug and hold the power button in for about 30 seconds
