When I type 192.168.3.1 to acess the router intertnet explorer can\'t display th

when I try to go to my router 192.168.3.1 I get internet explorer canot display the web page even though I have been there 4-5 times?

192.168.1.1 is default or 192.168.0.1

Try to ping the IP address to verify it is there.
