You don't have to be very technical, just precise. Please. 'I plugged in my pc and it doesn't work' says nothing, honestly.

It's like telling a mechanic your car won't start. Ok that's fine, but what IS happening. Are you putting the key in and turning it and nothing happens, is the motor turning over but not firing, is the motor turning very slowly, is there no turn but lots of clicking etc.

Those are all clues as to direction. When you plug the pc in, are the fans spinning, is there a series of lights on the motherboard following a sequence, is the light on the monitor changing to 'on' but no picture, is the monitor going on but saying no signal and turning off, is the hdd activity/power light flickering at all, is there anything...
Like when i plug it back it won’t show up, sorry for miss understanding

My first recommend would be to check and see if there is a reset/circuit breaker on the power supply and/or to flip off and then back on the power button.

Open the new machine and double check all your connections to make sure something didn't wiggle loose while moving the machine. If that is all tight, check the power switch by shorting the pins with a screwdriver (etc.) to see if something might be wrong with the cable or button on the case. If this is not the issue would probably follow up with disconnecting the power supply and doing a paperclip test on it to see that it powers on properly. In the case that it does and the above steps haven't made the system start, would proceed with breadboarding the components and using the minimum amount of hardware required for POST and add parts back until it stops doing so.

Also, as an aside, make sure your video cable is plugged to the GPU and also if you are using a different cable/input type to the monitor be sure it isn't on the "other" input selection.

There's a Ton of info you can give about what's done or not done, tried or not tried, what is or isn't happening.
