Question When in BIOS monitor displays no hdmi signals

when ever I boot up my computer I go straight to the login but today I was trying to get into bios and I could tell I got in but when I got in the monitor was telling me I didn't have a hdmi signal

DELL S2721HGF (1920x1080@144Hz)
