Question When Loading Games Getting Temporary increase in power usage

When playing call of duty and when loading games my temps shoot up to 70 and such and sometimes its creating BSOD issues and then when start playing games my temps in 50s so do not know what to do with this. All my games run smoothly no crashes and runs pefect. Just when call of duty loads starts to shoot up
